A bespoke commission is a one-off artwork made to your brief. You start by sending an enquiry through the commission page with your space, budget, preferred medium and up to three reference images. Alex then responds with a concept and a quote. Once the scope and price are agreed, the piece is created and delivered. Commissions can be interior canvases, installations or exterior murals, for homes, businesses and interior designers.

Every commission starts from £500 — that is the lowest price the studio will quote. The final price is agreed with you once the scope is clear, based on size, medium, surface and complexity. Typical budgets are shown on the commission page in ranges from £500–£2,000 up to £30,000 and above for large architectural murals. There is no obligation until you and Alex agree the brief.

Yes. Alex is based in Sheffield and regularly takes on bespoke art commissions across Yorkshire — including Leeds, York, Harrogate, Doncaster, Barnsley and Rotherham — and throughout the north of England. For contracted wall art and exterior murals he will travel anywhere within reason, including Scotland and Wales. Get in touch with the location of your wall or space and he will confirm travel.

You can commission work in oil paint, acrylic, aerosol and spray paint, watercolour, or mixed media. Surfaces include linen canvas, reclaimed wood and architectural walls, both interior and exterior. If you are unsure, choose "open to suggestions" on the enquiry form and Alex will recommend a medium and surface that suits your space and light.

Yes. The Gallery & Store lists original paintings and limited edition prints available to buy directly from the studio. The Prints page offers every artwork as a print in A3, A4 or a 40 × 40 cm square. Each print is made to order and despatched from the studio.

Prints are priced at £75 for A3, £50 for A4 and £60 for a 40 × 40 cm square. Delivery is an additional £3.99 on top of the print price. Please allow up to 14 working days for delivery, as each print is produced to order.
